What does 'Reinstated or Refunded' mean? expand_more

You pay the flat fee upfront and we start work straight away. If we don't get your profile reinstated, we refund 100% of what you paid.

Why does the Advanced plan cost more? expand_more

The Advanced plan ($499) covers escalation cases, where the first two appeals have already failed. We take the case ID Google issued on the failed appeal and pursue it through specialist escalation channels. These cases run longer, up to around 12 days, and take considerably more specialist time.

Are there any hidden fees or monthly charges? expand_more

No. Our pricing is a one-time flat fee. No monthly retainers, no hourly billing, no surprise charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

Which plan do I need? expand_more

Most first-time suspensions are resolved with the Standard plan. If you've already failed 2+ DIY appeals, or if Google has marked your listing as 'permanently disabled,' you'll likely need the Advanced plan with manual escalation.

When do I pay? expand_more

Upfront, on both plans. You pay the flat fee when we take the case on and we begin work immediately. If the reinstatement is unsuccessful, you get a 100% refund.
