It depends on how many stages your case needs. A first appeal usually resolves within 24 hours to a couple of days. If it is refused, a second appeal takes roughly the same again. If that is also refused, an escalation case can take up to around 12 days on top of that. The stages add up, so a case that clears at the first appeal is quick, and a case that runs all the way to escalation takes the longest. How fast we can start also depends on you: we can have an appeal ready in under 24 hours if you gather the documents we ask for and give us manager access to the profile promptly.

The large majority of cases we take on are reinstated. The profiles we cannot recover typically involve spam-based business models, fake or ineligible locations, chronic poor account hygiene, or compromised Google accounts. If we assess your case as unrecoverable, we tell you upfront.
